Digital Content Manager


The goal of this position is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting the social media marketing roadmap as well as website (blog); for both RMS and partnering clinics.

The Digital Content Manager will oversee the day-to-day editorial maintenance of RMS and partnering clinics and perform daily quality-control checks on all websites.  The website content manager will also be responsible for crafting site promotions, email newsletters, and online outreach campaigns.  He/she will work with graphic design team, to achieve SEO and design optimization, social media strategy, advertising, and email marketing. This position will report to the CEO and Lead Graphic Designer, collaborating to develop and execute an editorial calendar for the website, social media platforms and industry publications (print and digital, 500-1000+ word articles). 
 
An ideal candidate will have two-to-four years of web experience, impeccable copy-editing and content creation. In addition to the technical skills listed, a successful candidate will possess strong communication and writing skills, excellent project-management, and a team-player attitude.  Candidate must also have experience managing online marketing and outreach campaigns. Tasks require a strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with staff in partnering clinics
  • Create and manage content for Facebook, Twitter, and website
  • Create, manage and implement social media strategies across all social media channels
  • Provide content and monitoring to key social media outlets
  • Work closely with graphic s team to create new campaigns across a variety of social channels
  • Seek new social media platforms and technology opportunities and stay at the forefront of social media trends and channels
  • Create, develop and manage content for all company websites 
  • Maintain a consistent tone and feel throughout all web properties
  • Copyedit and proofread all web content
  • Track and report on all site metrics

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in social media or related field
  • Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Adequate knowledge of SEO
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented  with good multitasking skills
  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, New Media or Public Relations
